5th Silesian Workshop on Gynaecologic Oncology

The 5th Silesian Workshop on Gynaecologic Oncology will be devoted this year to advanced surgical techniques in the treatment of ovarian cancer.

The event will be held in two parts:
• 24 October 2025 (online) – a lecture session with experts from Poland and Europe, dedicated to upper abdominal surgery and urinary tract reconstruction in the course of ovarian cancer treatment.
• 7–8 November 2025 (Katowice) – a live surgery demonstration and practical cadaveric workshops, during which participants will be able to practice the discussed procedures under the guidance of experienced tutors, including: Prof. Alehandra Martinez, Prof. Santiago Domingo, Prof. Artem Stepanyan, and Prof. Ilker Selciuk.

Target audience: Medical doctors specializing or in training in obstetrics and gynaecology, gynaecologic oncology, and surgical oncology.

Registration: Applications including the registration form, CV, and a motivation letter (up to 500 words) should be submitted via the website www.laboratoriumginekologiczne.pl by 30 September 2025. The list of accepted participants will be announced by email on 10 October 2025.
